TERMS OF SERVICE

1. What Zori.bio is

Zori.bio is a link-in-bio service. You publish a page with a short profile and a list of links to other sites, and we report on how those links perform.

A page holds links only. We do not embed, proxy, or mirror the content of the sites you link to: following a link takes the visitor outside Zori.bio.

You may upload still images only — avatar, link covers, thumbnails, and icons. Paid plans add a short video cover. The service provides no audio, document, or file hosting, and no user-to-user messaging.

2. Account and age

You must be 18 or over to use Zori.bio. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18, that you have capacity to enter into this contract, and that the details you gave are accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens in it. Report unauthorised access immediately to hi@zori.bio.

3. Subscription and payment

There is a free plan and paid Creator ($9/month) and Pro ($19/month) plans. Creem is the Merchant of Record for subscriptions. Card details are entered on its hosted checkout; Zori.bio does not store card numbers, security codes or card tokens. Prices in USD include applicable sales taxes.

The final amount, taxes, and charge date are shown before you confirm. A subscription renews monthly through Creem until you cancel; cancellation stops future charges while preserving confirmed access through the end of the paid or trial period. We give 30 days' notice of a price increase.

New accounts receive 3 free days without a card. Eligible tasks add bonus days before a card is connected. The first confirmed Creem subscription starts a fixed 14-day trial before the first charge; remaining Zori bonus days are not added to that trial. A later subscription has no new trial. Plan changes take effect immediately: Creem charges a prorated difference on upgrade or refunds a prorated amount to the original payment method on downgrade.

Cancellation, refunds, and the 14-day right of withdrawal are set out in the Refund Policy.

4. Your content

Everything you create and upload remains yours. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and promote the service. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account.

You confirm that you hold the rights to everything you publish and that it infringes nobody else's rights and breaks no law.

5. What you may publish

A Zori.bio page is a shop window of links. Anything that breaks neither the law nor the rules below is allowed: music and streaming, shops and wishlists, your own site, a newsletter, a booking page, a contact form, creator subscription platforms.

Linking to licensed adult platforms that run their own age verification and comply with the law is allowed. It is not a breach of these Terms.

6. What you may not publish

You may not upload to the page itself — avatar, covers, thumbnails, icons, name, and bio:

• Nudity and sexually explicit content
• Content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others
• Malware, phishing, fraudulent schemes
• Defamation, harassment, threats, hate speech
• Content that impersonates another person

The rule of thumb is simple: what would pass on Instagram or TikTok passes here. This limit applies to what you upload to Zori.bio — linking to an adult platform under section 5 remains allowed.

You also may not link to:

• Explicit media files directly, outside a licensed platform that performs age verification
• Escort services, prostitution, or in-person sexual services
• Illegal goods: drugs, weapons, counterfeits, stolen data
• Malware, phishing, or pirated material

You are responsible for where your links point, including after you set them up. If a destination changes so that it breaches these Terms, you must remove the link.

7. Minors

Any content that sexualises a minor results in immediate termination of the account, without warning and without appeal. This covers both uploaded content and links to destinations hosting such material.

We report such content to law enforcement and to NCMEC and preserve the account records for them. No refund is given in these cases.

To report it: hi@zori.bio with the subject line “Urgent — child safety report”. These reports are handled ahead of all others.

8. Age gate and geography

If a link points to an age-restricted destination, you must enable the 18+ age gate on it — a full-screen warning shown before the visitor continues. It is available on Creator plans and above; if your plan does not include it, you may not link to such destinations.

The gate is a warning and a self-declaration by the visitor, not age verification. Age is verified by the destination platform, not by us.

An individual link can be shown to, or hidden from, chosen countries: links unavailable in a visitor's country are simply left off the page.

9. Content checks and reports

Uploaded images are screened automatically before they are stored. Anything that fails is never stored and never published — you are told at once and can upload something else. We also review new accounts manually, and look at an account again whenever it is reported.

Anyone can report a page: hi@zori.bio with the subject line “Content report”. No account is needed. Tell us the page address, what the problem is, and how to reach you.

Times run from when the report reaches us:

• 24 hours — we confirm we have it
• A further 24 hours — we review and decide
• Immediately on decision — content that breaches these Terms comes down
• Immediately — we suspend a page where we suspect the content is illegal, and assess it afterwards

We tell both the reporter and the creator the outcome. Reports made in bad faith, and repeated baseless ones, may stop being processed.

10. Enforcement and appeals

Depending on the seriousness of the breach we may:

• Warn — explain the breach and ask for it to be corrected
• Remove an individual link or image, leaving the page in place
• Suspend — take the page out of public view while the owner keeps access
• Terminate the account and cancel any active subscription

We do not always start at the first step: repeat violations go straight to termination, and a single serious breach may bring immediate suspension without warning. Refunds on termination for a breach are governed by the Refund Policy.

Appeals. If you think a decision was wrong, reply to our message or write to hi@zori.bio with the subject line “Enforcement appeal”. You have 30 days; we respond within 5 business days and restore the content if we were wrong. Decisions under section 7 cannot be appealed.

11. Copyright

If you believe content on a Zori.bio page infringes your copyright, write to hi@zori.bio with the subject line “Copyright notice”. Identify the work, the page address and the specific material, give your contact details, and confirm that you are the rights holder or act on their behalf.

We handle such notices on the timescales in section 9 and pass a copy to the creator, who may send a counter-notice the same way. Because a page holds links rather than copies of destination content, a complaint about material on a destination site should go to that site.

12. Rules for using the platform

When using Zori.bio you agree not to:

• Interfere with the service, circumvent technical restrictions, or gain unauthorised access
• Use bots or scrapers without our permission
• Harvest user data without consent, or send spam
• Resell or commercially exploit the service without permission
• Register accounts in order to resell usernames

Affiliate links. If you earn from affiliate links, you must disclose that to your visitors as advertising law requires.

13. Our rights in the service

Zori.bio, its code, design, and trade marks belong to FOP Slobodskyi Oleksandr Mykolayovych and are protected by law. You may not copy the service, create derivative products, reverse engineer it, or use our marks without written permission.

Ideas and suggestions you send us may be used without any obligation to you. The sites your links point to are not ours and we are not responsible for them.

14. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or lost data. Our aggregate liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the event.

These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally, to death or personal injury, or where the law does not permit liability to be limited. Nothing here restricts your rights under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

You indemnify us against losses arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of anyone's rights.

15. Termination

You may delete your account at any time in settings. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, for unlawful activity, where the law requires it, or after 12 months of inactivity — with notice, except in the cases in section 7.

After termination your access ends and your content may be deleted after 30 days. The sections on intellectual property, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. Before going to court, write to us at hi@zori.bio — we try to settle disputes within 30 days.

A dispute not settled that way is heard by the courts of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts at your place of residence, and may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. If you are a consumer in the European Union, these Terms do not deprive you of the protection of provisions of your own country's law that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

17. Changes and general provisions

We may change these Terms. We give at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email or through the service. Continuing to use Zori.bio after they take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, stop using the service before that date.

If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Our not exercising a right is not a waiver of it. You may not assign this contract without our consent; we may, provided your rights are preserved. We are not liable for failures caused by force majeure.

The legally binding version of these Terms is the Ukrainian one. English is a translation provided for convenience.
