ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Date: September 14, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not publish on Zori.bio, how we check content, how to report a page, and what happens when this policy is broken.

1. Scope

This policy forms part of our Terms of Service and is incorporated into them by reference. It is binding on every person who creates an account, publishes a page, or otherwise uses Zori.bio. A breach of this policy is a breach of the Terms of Service.

Where this policy and the Terms of Service address the same subject, this policy governs. Terms defined in the Terms of Service have the same meaning here.

This policy applies both to content you host on your Zori.bio page and to the destinations you link to.

2. What Zori.bio Is

Zori.bio is a link management and analytics tool. A creator publishes a page that holds a short profile and a list of outbound hyperlinks, and we report on how those links perform.

To be explicit about what we are not:

  • We do not host, sell, stream, or monetize adult content, and we take no share of any creator earnings
  • We do not process payments from end consumers. Our only payments are the subscription fees creators pay us, handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record
  • Pages contain outbound hyperlinks only. We never embed, proxy, iframe, or mirror the content of a destination. Following a link takes the visitor to a third-party site that is outside our control and governed by its own terms
  • We are not an age verification provider. Where a destination requires age verification, that verification is performed by the destination, not by us

3. Content Standards for Hosted Media

This section covers everything you upload to or display on a Zori.bio page: your profile avatar, link cover images, link thumbnails, custom link icons, video covers, your display name, your bio, and your link titles.

You may not upload or display:

  • Nudity, including exposed genitals, anus, or female nipples
  • Depictions of sexual acts, whether real, simulated, or illustrated
  • Sexually explicit imagery of any kind
  • Graphic violence or gore
  • Content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, contains malware, is defamatory or harassing, constitutes hate speech, promotes scams, or impersonates another person

This applies without exception. It does not matter what your profession is, what you publish elsewhere, or which platforms you link to. A creator may link to an adult platform under section 6 while still being required to keep the Zori.bio page itself free of the content described above.

To be clear about where the line sits: suggestive imagery in which the subject is clothed, of the kind that would be accepted on mainstream social platforms such as Instagram or TikTok, is permitted. Swimwear, lingerie, and similar images are permitted. Anything beyond that is not.

4. Automated Screening

Images are screened automatically against the standards in section 3 using Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch, which classifies an image for adult and violent content.

  • Screening runs before the file is written to storage. An image that fails is never stored and never published, and no copy of it is retained
  • The creator is told at the point of upload that the image was rejected and is asked for a different one
  • Every screening decision is recorded in an internal moderation log, which is retained for review and audit

Automated screening currently runs on profile avatars, link cover images, A/B test cover variants, and preview images imported automatically from a link destination.

It does not currently run on link thumbnails, custom link icons, or video covers. Those uploads are held to exactly the same standards under section 3 and are enforced through the manual review described in section 5 and through reports under section 10. We are extending automated screening to cover them.

5. Manual Review

At our current scale every new account is reviewed by a member of our team within 24 hours of the account being created. This is a review of every account, not a sample.

A review looks at the whole public page: the avatar and any uploaded images, the display name and bio, the link titles, and the destinations the links point to. An account that breaches this policy is actioned under section 12.

Accounts are reviewed again when a page is reported, when an upload is rejected by automated screening, and when we otherwise have reason to look.

6. Permitted Link Destinations

The following destinations are permitted, subject to section 7 and to the age gate requirement in section 9:

  • Social media profiles
  • Licensed creator subscription platforms that operate their own age verification and comply with applicable law, such as OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, Patreon, and Ko-fi
  • Music and streaming services
  • E-commerce stores and wishlists
  • Your own website, newsletter, booking page, or contact form

Linking to a licensed adult subscription platform is permitted and does not by itself breach this policy.

7. Prohibited Link Destinations

You may not link to:

  • A direct link to an explicit media file, such as an image or video file, however it is hosted
  • Explicit content hosted anywhere other than a licensed platform that performs age verification
  • Escort services, prostitution, or any in-person sexual service
  • Illegal goods, including drugs, weapons, counterfeit products, and stolen data or credentials
  • Malware, phishing, or pirated material
  • Unlicensed gambling

You are responsible for where your links point, including after you set them up. If a destination changes so that it breaches this policy, you must remove the link.

8. Zero Tolerance: Minors

Any content that involves or sexualizes a minor results in immediate termination of the account, without warning and without appeal.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Child sexual abuse material in any form
  • Any sexualized depiction of a person under 18, whether real or illustrated
  • Content that sexualizes a minor through framing, captioning, or accompanying text, including the suggestion that a subject is underage
  • Links to any destination hosting such material

We report such content to law enforcement and to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), and we preserve the associated account records for those authorities. No refund is given on an account terminated under this section.

To report this category of content, email hi@zori.bio with the subject line "Urgent - child safety report". Reports in this category are prioritised above all other reports.

9. Age and Geographic Controls

18+ Age Gate

A creator can enable an 18+ interstitial on an individual link. When enabled, a visitor who taps that link sees a full-screen notice warning that the destination contains mature or explicit content, and must confirm they are 18 or over before the destination opens. Confirmation lasts for the visitor browsing session.

If you link to an age-restricted destination, you must enable the age gate on that link. The age gate is available on Creator plans and above. If your plan does not include it, you may not link to age-restricted destinations.

The interstitial is a browser-side notice and self-declaration. It is not age verification and is not a substitute for it. Age verification is performed by the destination platform, which is why section 7 permits links only to platforms that carry out that verification themselves.

Geographic Rules

A creator can restrict an individual link to, or exclude it from, a chosen list of countries. When a page is loaded, links that are not available in the visitor country are omitted from the page. Visitor country is determined from network information at the time of the request, which means it can be inaccurate and can be circumvented, for example by a VPN. Creators should not treat geographic rules as a compliance control on their own.

10. Reporting a Page

Anyone can report a Zori.bio page. There are two routes:

  • The Report this page link at the foot of every public Zori.bio page, which opens a pre-addressed email containing the page address
  • Email hi@zori.bio with the subject line "Content report"

Please include:

  • The full address of the page, and of the specific link if the issue is a link
  • What the problem is, and which part of this policy you believe is breached
  • Where on the page the content appears, for example the avatar or a cover image
  • An email address we can reply to
  • Any deadline that applies, for example a legal or regulatory notice

You do not need a Zori.bio account to report a page, and you may report anonymously, though we will not be able to tell you the outcome if you do. Reports made in bad faith, and repeated reports about the same page after a decision, may be disregarded.

11. Response Timeframes

These timeframes run from the moment a report reaches us:

  • Acknowledgement within 24 hours. We confirm we have the report and that it is being reviewed
  • Review and decision within a further 24 hours. We assess the page against this policy and decide what action to take
  • Removal immediately on decision. Where we decide content breaches this policy, it comes down straight away rather than at the end of a notice period
  • Immediate suspension pending review where we suspect content is illegal. The page is taken out of public view first and assessed afterwards

We tell the reporter the outcome, and we tell the creator what was actioned and why.

12. Enforcement

We normally escalate through the following steps, choosing the step that matches the seriousness of the breach:

  • Warning. We contact the creator, explain the breach, and ask for it to be corrected
  • Removal. We remove the offending link or image and leave the rest of the page in place
  • Suspension. We take the public page out of view while the account remains accessible to its owner
  • Termination. We close the account and cancel any active subscription

We do not always start at the first step. Repeat violations skip straight to termination, and a single serious breach may result in immediate suspension or termination without a warning. Content covered by section 8, and content we believe to be illegal, always results in immediate action.

Where an account is terminated for breaching this policy, refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

13. Appeals

If you believe we removed content, suspended a page, or closed an account in error, you can appeal by replying to the message we sent you, or by emailing hi@zori.bio with the subject line "Enforcement appeal". Tell us what was actioned and why you think the decision was wrong.

You have 30 days from the date of our decision to appeal. We respond within 5 business days. If we agree the decision was wrong we restore the content or the account, and where a subscription was cancelled we reinstate it.

Decisions under section 8 cannot be appealed.

14. Copyright and DMCA

If you believe content on a Zori.bio page infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated contact: hi@zori.bio, subject line "Copyright notice". Postal notices may be sent to Slobodskyi Oleksandr Mykolayovych, Kerchenska 118, Odesa, 65069, Ukraine.

Your notice should include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed
  • The full address of the Zori.bio page and the specific material you want removed
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We handle copyright notices on the timeframes in section 11. We pass a copy of the notice to the creator. A creator who believes material was removed in error may send a counter-notice to the same address, containing their contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Because a Zori.bio page contains hyperlinks rather than copies of destination content, a notice about material hosted on a destination site should be sent to that site.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the platform changes or as legal requirements change. When we do, we update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Where a change materially reduces what you are allowed to publish, we give at least 30 days notice by email before it takes effect.

Continuing to use Zori.bio after a change takes effect means you accept the updated policy. The current version of this policy is always the one published at this address.

Questions about this policy can be sent to hi@zori.bio.
